Technical depth, program discipline
I work at the seam between product, engineering, and delivery.
Seven years in infra and operations at the same firm, then a product seat on a collaboration platform. I was one person in a large machine. I built the public system to own a full loop I did not own at work.
How I work
I turn ambiguous goals into sequenced, testable delivery: set the direction, make the interfaces between teams and systems explicit, track risks and dependencies, and use evidence to decide what ships. When a measurement contradicts the plan, I change the plan.
For the public system, I set the direction, the contracts, and the bar; Claude does most of the typing. The evals and postmortems are the proof, including the calls that shipped and the ones the evidence reversed.

Outside the work
I hike when I can get out, and I take a camera. The frames on this site are mine: Jeju’s basalt cliffs, lanterns at a temple, a trail looking out. The rest lives on VSCO and in the gallery.
I speak English and intermediate Korean. Korean is not a skill I lead with at work. It is how I get around when I travel there.
Sango is a Scottish Fold. He treats the apartment as a post and supervises from a nap.
