Product and program delivery
I set the direction and the contracts, and I decide what ships from the evidence.
Seven years in infra and operations at the same firm, then a product seat on a collaboration platform. I was one person in a large machine. I built the public system to own a full loop I did not own at work.
The one program I run with other teams, a platform migration with a vendor, internal engineering, and Microsoft, is on the résumé.
How I work
For the public system, I direct the work. Claude does most of the typing. I check the result against the evals and the postmortems. The colophon states the method in full.

Outside the work
I hike when I can get out, and I take a camera. The frames on this site are mine: Buyongjeong in the Secret Garden at Changdeokgung (창덕궁 후원), Jusangjeolli on Jeju (주상절리대), lotus lanterns at Jogyesa (조계사) in Jongno, a trail looking out. The rest lives on VSCO and in the gallery.
I bounce between Seoul and the East Coast. Home is New Jersey. Heart is in Seoul. I spent some time in the Army.
Sango is a Scottish Fold. He treats the apartment as a post and supervises from a nap.
